Report Pundit: Custom Reports

My experience has been excellent so far.
I had previously added custom checkout fields to my product pages and this app is the only way I could find to get the line items out.
I had some trouble adding some custom features into my report and the customer service had it solved within 30 minutes. So impressive.

It seems as if Report Pundit can pull data that even Shopify cannot pull! Any time I can't figure out the correct selections I need to pull the data I am looking for, the customer service chat is quick and ALWAYS builds out what I need in moments.
