Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Very simply, native Shopify reports are next to worthless. If you really want to see patterns in your data, you need to examine it from multiple angles and RP gives you that.
Further the customer service is awesome, there was a report I wasn't able to find to help me determine which HOURS of the day I make the most sales (to help shape my digital ads), and within 5 minutes a rep not only responded in the middle of the night but custom set up the report for me. That's service!! Well-done!

Great app for pulling everything you need from Shopify! Scheduled reports in CSV form or replacing Google Sheets work great with some help from support. Support very helpful with making custom fields.

2nd review - just want to say again the customer service is the best, they always answer instantly and always sort your problem extremely fast. I haven't had better support from any other app. The reports are excellent. I recommend this app to anyone that wants to know their business figures.

Report Pundit is a great app. Probably one of the best, if not the best. You can configure all sorts of report you need for your store. The best part is their customer service. I've been in the Ecommerce space since 2013, and I have never experienced this level of customer service.

Their team is great, every single one of them. They are always available to support me when I reach out through their chat support. They help me with whatever report configuration I need. I believe they have an amazing company culture because it shows how each of their team members interact with a client like me. They're my kind of people. Fantastic service, the team helped us make our custom reports right from live chat, it was amazing and saved us hours! This is a low-fi/simple reporting tool with a LOT of flexibility and the options that let us make exactly the report we want and email it to us every day. Was able to get a useful custom report for a business issue we were dealing with. The person on live chat was very helpful to me.

I used the app to get a better report to import sales data into MYOB that includes the payout amount, to easier rec to bank deposits. Great help.
