Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Very solid app. Quick chat response if you need help. Only limitation is when using it for inventory reports, it can be off or lag behind but overall is great.

Report Pundit making all our reporting needs - especially as related to reports needed with Shopify POS - very easy. We have yet to find a report they *couldn't* help with. They are quick and thorough in their responses. As a small business, have a reliable reporting partner is so valuable. We highly recommend Report Pundit.

Pundit has become an essential reporting tool for our company. The app is extremely user-friendly and allows us to analyze Shopify data in far greater detail than the native reporting features.

One of the most valuable aspects is the ability to easily export reports directly to Excel, even from iOS devices, which greatly improves flexibility and efficiency for our team.

We would also like to thank the Customer Service team for their outstanding support. Their responsiveness and ability to quickly address and resolve our requests during the development of custom reports have been exceptional.

Report Pundit has made our reporting process much more efficient with its report scheduling and email notification features, allowing us to review reports and take action without having to generate the same reports manually every day. The platform offers a wide range of reports that are highly customizable, making it easy to tailor insights to our specific business needs. Additionally, their support team is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whenever we have questions or need assistance.

We have had great results using Report Pundit to create our reports. Between the library of already created reports and the ability to change them to provide what we are looking for we haven't had any problem getting the info we need. The staff has been very helpful with questions and reports that are more detailed than we can create ourselves.

This app allows to extract from your store almost any data that you may think of.
The support team is necessary for certain specific cases, but they are very efficient.
After being a user of Data Export for several years, and now this one that is similar but more advanced, we still see it as very recomendable.

Amazing App!!! Adarsh helped me build a report to pull information from a third party app I downloaded from the Shopify App Store. I was extremely happy as the third party app didn't provide reporting. Such a great reporting tool!!

Pulls all your data from Shopify and allows you to create pretty much any report you can imagine. Even things like metafield data which Shopify does not pull into its native reports. Also the customer service is top shelf. They are always quick to assist with any help in putting together custom reports. Highly recommend this app if you want a no fuss reporting add on.

Echoing what other reviewers say, this app is one of the most feature-rich apps in the Shopify ecosystem, as it plugs all the data reporting voids that Shopify has. Equally, if not more impressive than the app itself, is their support. Every person that has helped me has been amazingly helpful in understanding our (sometimes complex) reporting requirements and has quickly built our custom reports whenever needed. Could not expect anything more...kudos to the team for a great app and an equally fantastic support model!

Really impressed with the support from Sara at Report Pundit. I had some fairly specific reporting needs for Shopify products and payout reconciliation, and she took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — not just sending canned responses. It made a complicated setup much easier to understand.
