Report Pundit: Custom Reports

We chose this app because it made it easy for us to get reports that included google analytics. Any time I needed to add columns or help building the report, there is a support chat that responds very quickly. They can walk you through everything so you don't have to run around in the dark. Great experience!

Let me first start by saying that the Customer Support Team is fantastic! Reuben, Jim, Gabriel, and the rest of the Report Pundit team are quick to respond and act. Our Accounting and Marketing teams can build just about any report we need related to our Shopify activity, and if there is a field that doesn’t exist but you require, they will do their best to create it. Their online chat function hits it out of the park with live rep support. Although we have only been using the app for a couple of months now, it has surpassed our expectations. In fact, there are reports that Shopify is unable to provide due to issues with date ranges that Report Pundit can!

we are using this app on multiple stores, and it never fails to deliver. Very flexible and capable, highly recommended.

So far so good, and if they don't have what you need customer service will create the perfect report for you immediately.

I have never encountered a support team as reactive and helpful as these guys. The app does exactly what I want (get visibility of Shopify fees) and Vandana could not have been more helpful or proactive

I like this app and i like the service. Easy app to take out so much more info out off the Shopify data. But really special is the service. They help you so fast and make reports within minutes. GREAT
