Ok wow, the live chat support is amazing! This app can basically give you a report on any date you need. If unsure how to pull the data, just jump on their live chat and they do it for you within minutes.

Very helpful support staff who managed to quickly amend the standard reports, adding customised fields including separating one field into two to ensure it was in the correct format for an automatic download and upload.

Finally an app that offers reports that can be easily adapted to my particular needs. Dealing with technology is not my particular talent, so I appreciate being able to access a live tech support person anytime I need assistance.
