We have been very pleased with the ease of use and completeness of the Report Pundit reporting. While we have had a few questions reconciling with Shopify, the staff has been amazing helping us work through any issues quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend. UPDATE: Customer service has been amazing. Helping me create reports and figure out how to get additional information (not supported by Shopify) into my Sales Reports so that I can see a clear picture of the Sales and Costs associated with each order. Very easy to use and understand. It has become my most used app! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks! UPDATE: I continue to be overwhelmed with the customer support at Report Pundits! We have been using RP for almost a year. It is an integral part of my month-end reporting. RP gives flexibility to the Shopify data that is just not available in the Shopify system. I am able to filter on tags and create detailed reports that wouldn't otherwise be possible. The data management and reporting allows our company to review operations in great detail using many different key performance indicators - made possible by RP! I continue to be a huge supporter of RP!

I used this app for the backbone of boutique. This app is also brilliant for businesses like pop-up shops or businesses that sell items for vendors within their store. I searched long hours and days to find an app that would report products sold by each vendor, the taxes, transaction fees, and product name. This app does just that and more. Shopify does not have this feature on any of their advance plans yet. I actually spoke with tech support who stated they would speak to the creators to add this feature. I thought I was out of luck and would have to wait until this add-on became available, but then I stumbled across this app. Let me tell you another plus, customer service is 24/7 and they create your reports and also teach you how to do it them. John is the best, he made a video to teach me the steps. I love this app so much, and I am thankful to have found it. I am able to print these reports for my vendors while providing accurate payouts that they can easily read. It's a win for me!

Great UI, great support and affordable. Report Pundit has been better than other similarly-priced reporting apps out there.

I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.

Fast customer service - they make life so easy when it comes to reporting. I love that they're always available to chat and always come up with the exact report I need on the fly. I love that I don't need to know any formulas to get the information I need.
