Very powerful app. Report Pundit accomplishes the same thing that other reporting apps do for less cost and with a more user-friendly interface. Staff is very responsive and happy to assist setting up custom reports. We are very happy with Report Pundit and have installed it on multiple stores.

Excellent app with individual and detailled reports. Customer service is the very best! I can only recommend this app. It helps me do my job faster and be more productive and get to know my business better!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. At the writing of this review, we have been using the app for about a month. Thus far, the customer support has been excellent! These guys (and ladies?) have been very attentive and most helpful in answering my questions and special requests. They will indeed customize and provide additional need fields if at all possible for them to retrieve from Shopify. I appreciate the numerous fields they make available so that we can export the data to Excel for specialized reporting. In Excel, we keep the information in a table. From the table, we create pivot tables and use various formulas (such as Filter function and others) for customized reporting to present to our director and board of directors. Thanks guys! Awesome customer service, these guys added the "Tracking Company" field to the app so that I could pull a report showing which carrier was used to ship the product. Dominic was extremely helpful. 10 Stars

I had a question during the sync process during the onboarding. James with customer service answered my question then offered to set up a couple of reports while we were waiting for sync to complete. Best customer service!!

We downloaded this app to get clearer reporting and it has been great. The team at Report Pundit have helped me set up reports and build custom reports so I can get what I need out of them. Every team member that I have spoken with has efficient and very helpful. I would strongly recommend to use them for any reporting you need.

Shopify's reports are not good enough if you are a business with needs to report your finances correctly and legally. With this app you can get what you need. Not the easiest to use but once you get the report you need you can use it over and over. So it's worth the time.
