I used this app to filter customer and sales reports by tags associated with each customer. I had questions about the implementation and the viewing capabilities and Shawn helped me with the information I needed and created a report completely free - All within 2 minutes of me starting the chat.

I used this app to create a sales report for one particular discount code and in the middle of trying to figure it out I had a chat window pop up with live support (and it was late at night) and Dominic offered to create the report I was looking for free and it was done in less than 10 minutes!! Very fast and helpful reporting program to show the data we need for our store. I tried other report apps that had pieces of what we were looking for but none could offer the quantity and customizations that this app offered. Their greatest strength is customer service.
