Quick response, able to update the report to exactly what I needed. Very helpful for the sales team to access and get what they need.

This app is awesome for building sales and inventory reports that Shopify doesn't provide in the lower-level plans. They are also super responsive through their chatbot if you need help with a report. I have told them what I'm looking for and they build the reports for me or guide me through the process. Really worth the $$.

A super helpful app for what should be built in to Shopify (in our opinion!). But, very happy to support an independent developer that's helping us sellers out. The team has even helped us build our custom reports over live chat in real time. So - a great app and great customer support. Good stuff.

This app has been excellent so far. It has made reporting very easy for us, and the customer support is responsive and very helpful.

Still evaluating whether this is what we need at this point but need to mention the support is 5 stars regardless

Extremely valuable and simple analytics tool. Amazing customer service! They are very patient and walk you through whatever you need help with. They even set up the reports for me. Very impressed!!! Definitely recommend Report Pundit!
