The support is quite good and tries really to help me, even my English isn't very good. The sync process take many hours but this is not issue of the app, rather a Shopify issue

The app has helped me to create reports by categorizing them into products, brand or collection. The customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond.

I needed to add on this app for end of year inventory reports and since I have needed to add custom reports. I was very easy to click on the Live Chat box and talk with a representative who quickly customized the report I needed. This app is worth the small monthly fee.

I've tried several different reporting apps for Shopify, but the flexibility of this app was exactly what we needed. It solved for our use case which can't be done by the default Shopify reports.

It allows for line item-level order and fulfillment reports, so you can pull how many of a specific SKU are fulfilled vs. unfulfilled, which seems like it should be simple and thus included in other apps or by default. But this app does it—everything we need and more.

Highly recommended. Try this before installing any other reporting apps: chances are it'll do what you need it to best.

This app helped us track the amount of sales going through each individual fulfillment location which is a great asset.

Report Pundit is very responsive with assistance and I find this reporting app easier to use and more intuitive than others we've tried. You don't need help as often but it's there when you need it.

This is such a useful app and the customer service is beyond excellent!! Worth every cent! The time saved pays for itself, instead of wandering around I chat them and boom- done!
