Report Pundit is a great app. Probably one of the best, if not the best. You can configure all sorts of report you need for your store. The best part is their customer service. I've been in the Ecommerce space since 2013, and I have never experienced this level of customer service.

Their team is great, every single one of them. They are always available to support me when I reach out through their chat support. They help me with whatever report configuration I need. I believe they have an amazing company culture because it shows how each of their team members interact with a client like me. They're my kind of people. An excellent app. Give's extremely detailed reports with lots of extra option. On top of that, the support team is incredible. In our particular case, we needed a custom column added to one of the reports, and the support team was able to help right away. Defintely a 5 stars all around

Excellent and prompt customer service

Thanks to Report Pundit, we are finally able to pull the data that we really need from our Shopify store! It is so important to be able to drill down into your customers' buying behavior to know what is working and what isn't, and this app allows us to do just that. Has a great range of out-of-the-box reports, and your ability to customize/build your own is great!

The best part is if there isn't a way to create a specific report you want, their live chat support are incredibly responsive and helpful and will completely custom build columns and data sources to create the exact report you need.
