Report Pundit: Custom Reports

I started the trial. I was afraid. I signed in. Get help (Hi David!) and I had the exact data I need to create a report for my team. The flexibility and modularity is exactly what I need.

Very fast responses from customer service! Just started using it, but very robust reporting and can create scheduled reports.

Easy to use, great tech support, even at 6am EST. The helpdesk Tony helped me write a custom field for a query, sent me step by step instructions for the future, and even contacted me after our chat via email 3 times to ensure my needs were resolved. Thanks, Tony! Great work!

I have tried to use the native Shopify reports, but ended up having to merge several spreadsheets. This app can do it all in one spreadsheet and allows you to schedule and email the reports. Also, the customer service has been excellent. They will create custom reports for you same day for no charge.

The app itself is handy, and it's a must for any merchant that needs to know his data. You can pretty much get anything you want with a friendly user interface. The best thing is their customer support, they are amazing and beneficial. They did create a custom report for me and address all my issues. No wonder they over 500 reviews with 5 stars.

Great App! The team is amazing at creating custom reports! There isn't a lot of access for supply chain and fulfillment data and this app helps you get the information you need to make decisions! The customer service is outstanding!

This app is very helpful if you need reports beyond Shopify's basic capabilities. The option to have them build you custom reports is very helpful.
