AMAZED BY THE SUPPORT. I upgraded shopify store plan just to get better report, but wasn't able to get what I wanted. So I was looking around for an app to help, and this is one of the most reasonably priced and took a trial. Upon installing, IMMEDIATELY I was greeted with customer support that offered to help me create the report I needed... FREE.

PS: If you are running a business, you will need this to help you see your profits and margins better. Shopify reports can't even tell me the nett amount after shopify transaction fees.....

Great customer service and integration features, espacially with Google Analytics. I'm still figuring out how to fully utilize this app but alreay love it!

This app will save you hours and hours of analytics sorting and will really help our small business get a handle on international sales and much more. Rueben was very helpful in onboarding and showing how easy it is to filter reports. Amazing customer support!

John helped assist with generating detailed reports for me which Shopify Basic doesn't offer. This app is well organized and amazing for those who don't have the budget to move onto the more premium Shopify plans yet. Thank you so much for everything!

Very useful for pulling information out in the transaction currency, as opposed to the store currency, if you want to import to another system - such as Xero. Their support team is extremely helpful and has assisted me with the more complex part of the report that I was creating as well as looked into a potential integration with another system our company uses.

Reports are instant and if the data is held within Shopify, then you'll be able to report on it.

The biggest benefit I've found is being able to report on sales by customer tag, something shopify does not offer.

very good app for exporting data customers, orders, products etc. It would be good if it could export into mySQL and Tableau Software directly.

This made it easy to do custom reports. Also, customer service was fast and helped me run the necessary reports.
