Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Excellent customer support. We appreciate the ability to create custom reports for our separate Shopify locations.

We just started with this Report Pundit last week and it is AMAZING. Creating reports is very intuitive and the 2 times I used live chat have been excellent experiences - very quick responses, explanations to all of my questions, and very fast fixes. Superior customer support!

The amount of hours I have spent trying to search for an app that can do everything this one can would amount to DAYS of my time. Oh my god... this app is everything you need when it comes to filtering orders by data on a very customized level. It's also very user friendly if you are equipped to handle data like this. I have tried other apps on here and they don't even compare to how streamlined this one is when it comes to creating custom reports that allow you to get the information you need in just a few clicks. Report Pundit is a great app. Probably one of the best, if not the best. You can configure all sorts of report you need for your store. The best part is their customer service. I've been in the Ecommerce space since 2013, and I have never experienced this level of customer service.

Their team is great, every single one of them. They are always available to support me when I reach out through their chat support. They help me with whatever report configuration I need. I believe they have an amazing company culture because it shows how each of their team members interact with a client like me. They're my kind of people.
