Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Easy to use reports and very good support service!

I recently had an outstanding experience with the customer service team at Report Pundit on Shopify, especially with Dan and Joshua. They were incredibly patient and guided me through my first day using the system. They clarified numerous points and created custom reports tailored to my needs. Their dedication to ensuring all my requirements were met was impressive. I highly recommend their service for anyone looking for thorough and personalized support.

I have been using Report Pundit for about a month now and it has been amazing. I am using this to report on product tags, partial variants, and ABC historicals beyond 30 days. You need to use the chat bot for specific column requests but they are quick to respond and understand what I am wanting. Turnaround time is around 5 mins for custom column requests and 10 mins for report requests.
One draw back is it logs me out every 30 mins and does not auto save reports. So be SURE to save reports as if you were using Microsoft Word in 1998.

They are so very helpful, every time. Help make me Customized Reports. Thank goodness, since we all know Shopify is lacking in that! This is a must have if you have Shopify! Manuwel was very helpful. Made a custom report for what I needed in just a couple minutes. Would have taken me forever.

App Is nice, Support is nice, Data Quality is terrible bad. :(

I've been really happy with Report Pundit so far. The library of reports is expansive, but their ability to quickly and effectively create custom reports has been great. Customer service is responsive and they have been able to create every report that we've needed thus far.

Super helpful creating new reports for me, really Report Pundit as a whole has been awesome to deal with and very quick to help with whatever I need.

Even on the weekends I will send a request over and they will have the changes made and the new report generated before COB on at next Monday. Killer customer service!
