Report Pundit: Custom Reports

We use this app to help us generate more specific reports than we can get on Shopify. We also use the report scheduling for things like cash sales or special order items and it works great!. The customer service is excellent and they are very prompt in the chat and help create the exact reports or help you with any tech help asap. I would definitely recommend this reporting app to anyone. Updated to add: Darren helped me reschedule and edit a report today. He provided outstanding customer service and was super efficient.

Report Pundit is excellent! They provide a standard list of reports that may be useful. If you cannot find the information within one of these reports, you can create a custom report yourself or ask for assistance in creating one. They can always create a report with the information I need and within 24 hours! They are helpful and knowledgeable!

Report Pundit is amazing for organize, share and automatize your data. When i've some doubt or question, customer care is always on track to guide me. Answer time is amazing. Really Recommended

Honestly the best app! I was so frustrated with the standard reports from Shopify but this has everything you could need! the support is amazing too, whatever you need to set up you can ask the chat and they set it up for you!

Report Pundit is really good. There is only a small to medium learning curve involved. Whilst there are some aspects that feel like they could have more user control, I think it's a necessary design choice by the developers to keep users from unintentionally breaking the app, and probably some limitations in the API. Any day of the week this is a solid 3-4 star app. However, their customer support is unparalleled. They are quick to respond and quick to action. They are clear and concise. If what you want CAN'T be done, it is indicated clearly and alternatives are proposed. If what you want CAN be done, they do it. And they do it very quickly. A refreshing change to submitting support threads that go unread and un-responded to for hours or days at a time. Absolute best-in-class service!

I have been looking for a way to run fulfillment reports from Shopify, was really lucky to have a rep from Shopify suggest Report Pundit. It was exactly what we needed, only wished we had known about it 12 months ago (to save all the pain we had to go through to get a similar report- without having to manually adjust/manipulate the data). Report Pundit gave us exactly what we needed and support team is very helpful in getting us more if needed! I added the app to 2 other stores and it was the perfect reporting app for my needs.
