We've been able to streamline a lot of our data collection with the help of RP. The team has been extremely responsive to our questions and customization requests. We operate multiple shops so the ability to sync across each one has proven to be an incredible time-saver.

I used the app to create a report needed to easily determine my sales tax numbers to be able to enter them in on the online websites we used to report and pay our sales tax. After playing with it a few minutes, wow, I found a ton of reports that can be scheduled and email to me for better analysis of my business. And when I could quite get the report the exact way I wanted, I simply emailed/chat with one of the reps and they either update the report or created a new one for me. And best part, the report was given to me in minutes/hours not days. GREAT APP!!!

The first task I needed to complete was to sort my sales by collection. As soon as I installed the app, a representative asked if they could help me and within a couple of minutes, I had the report I needed. I'm so impressed and looking forward to exploring the possibilities of this app.

This is the best reporting app ever developed for Shopify hands-down! If you are looking for a way to generate real-time reports from your Shopify data that are not only beautiful and feature-full but simple to create and change, look no further. The customer service is also amazing. I needed to create a custom tax report that required the addition of calculated fields and special grouping of data, and Sam from Report Pundit was very helpful in creating a report that provided me with exactly what I needed, quickly and at no additional cost. It's like having your own reporting team for those times when you need something a little more complex that you may not know how to develop on your own.
