Needed this app to help us differentiate between meal, apparel and donation sales for paying our quarterly state sales taxes. I love this app. I've used it for several years in a few different stores. I use the shared link and scheduling functionality to report to partners. The support team is amazing. They are responsive and generous with their help. This app is incredible and provides exactly the reports you need, especially if you can't get the information you need from your Shopify reports! This is a must have if your store is multi-currency or your store's base currency is different to your local currency. It will use the correct historical exchange rate and convert the numbers to your local currency. Support has been amazing as well, and a special thanks to Vinith who patiently walked me through the steps to create my own custom report. He even customised my report to make it perfect for me and was so quick and efficient! This app makes the dreaded tax time and reporting so much easier!
Reports work great and their customer service is excellent. They've helped out with a few custom reports and are very quick to answer any questions we have. They are great!
