What an app!!! Searched high and low for a reliable reporting app. Tested a slew of reporting apps and Report Pundit does the job! What's more reliable is their customer support. I have contacted support numerous times and they were able to solve all my issues quickly. Do yourself a favour and install this app now for all your reporting needs.
This is the first review I have written after using Shopify apps for years. Simply said this software is awesome and powerful. Really it is a must-have. Most important the customer service is fantastic. Often via chat, they will help run the report for you in real-time! Amazing software and service!
A great app which allows us to report on details that Shopify cannot. The ability to schedule reports also saves us a lot of time each week/month. The main reason for the 5 stars however is the service we have received from their support staff. They respond quickly, they're extremely competent, friendly and they get stuff done.
We need a very specific report for our business office. I had a difficult time in Shopify. Within a few minutes, they help me create what we needed. Excellent.

Their Customer Service team is amazing -- they respond super quickly and will create any report you want in minutes, even if it is a custom report. I don't think I've ever worked with a better Customer Service team.
