Overall the app is tremendous and provides extensive reporting capabilities that you can't get from the standard Shopify plan. We use it daily for mission critical reporting. They have a slew of pre-made reports, but it helps to know some basic programming to really leverage the power of the app. They have some issues with data feeds -- both from Shopify and also when exporting reports on set ...
Report Pundit has the best customer service on the Shopify Marketplace. They are very responsive and work with you one on one to build out custom reports. We've been with them for a number of years now and use the reports daily. A great partner for ecommerce.
We have been able to leverage more data fields and objects through Report Pundit than we could through Shopify allowing us greater insights into our data. The support provided is AMAZING via the real-time chat, and we've so far had all our queries answered within minutes which saves our business time and money.
