Report Toaster: Custom Reports

George and the team at Report Toaster really earn their money. He goes above and beyond at helping us generate the EXACT reports we need from Shopify. The team there do not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and spend literally hours building and customizing reports to your specifications. Best bargain on the Shopify App store!

Report toaster has been great for our business. We sell products on behalf of third party clients, and this seems to be the only app capable of sharing that data, without giving them full access. And it gives us a significant amount of control on what data we share.
The ability to easily see data is also great, as Shopify's built in system can at time be confusing, this allows you to create reports, and quickly access the data.
The support team is also very helpful, usually responding on the same day, when a query is raised

The tool is super useful, and the support team is promptly available to include in your views your custom information (Shopify metafields) and calculated fields. That is an asset!
In our case, it saved us a lot of work, usually carried over externally, in Excel.
Also, it overcome the issue of having enormous, unmanageable Excel file sometimes.

Great at customizing reports that we want to look at. Easy to use. Support is excellent.

FANTASTIC. You can (soon) do LOCKED curated reports with links that google won't be scraped for outside access users to see store info that is updating but won't allow them to access all your records.

I have to add the support is fantastic and I requested this feature, by the time I contacted them again they were about a week away from rolling it out. Yes they listen to customer, they respond quickly, and for my issue although they didn't have a tested update out, they offered to custom help me with my issue. YMMV but if they can help you, they will, and quickly. 10/10 enjoy paying for this app, well worth it.

The best app I have ever have ever tried!!!

I had some very specific info I needed, so George advised that it would be best to have a Zoom call and discuss and, WOW... he took the time to understand what I needed from the reports, asked relevant questions that I may not have thought about, 40 mins later I had report that gave me info that other systems that costs hundreds of pounds a month and months of setup still were unable to do... I a so grateful for this app and with I had found it a couple of years ago!

I'm a relatively inexperienced user of Shopify and needed a tool to create some proper reports around aspects of my customers... we are a retail-subscription based hybrid that needs to keep track of customers that drop in and out of our program.

The software has allowed me to create highly customized reports, easily, which is exactly what I need to manage the day to day, create sales and tax reports, but also organize the data in a way that really helps with my marketing planning.

The team has been great to respond when I've had some challenges and are quick to resolve things... I cannot recommend this platform (and this team) enough!

they suddenly, unexpectedly changed the free plan features - most importantly, the ability to print a report for users. this renders this app useless to me as I cannot justify $9 a month to print off a weekly report to help me fulfill orders. Would've appreciated a heads up or a cheaper option since I only need access to 1 report once a week for my small business.
