Report Toaster: Custom Reports

This app is a must if you need to slice and dice your data. Unfortunately, Shopify's reports aren't great, and the fee to upgrade for better reports is not feasible for a small business like mine. Report Toaster created an amazing service with great features, and it's really easy to use too. They have a free plan that is probably sufficient for what you need, but the $9 plan has so much and definitely worth it. I highly recommend it.

Build your own reports. Lots of intuitive report templates to get started. The paid plan is worth every penny to get the calculated fields. George and the support team have offered us excellent support to get our core business reports in order.

This app does everything I could possibly want it to. And if it doesn't, I turn to the chat and they can help. If every app worked like Report Toaster, we would have world peace in no time.

Not only does it look fantastic and presents your data very professionally, the the flexibility in customizing and saving new reports is unmatched across anything else. Now it's the only app we use for reporting. Their support is amazing too! I've received immediate assistance each time I've pinged their chat which is available from any page on the app. Plus, they will provide quick customizations if you ask. AND, they have an active product roadmap, so I expect more great things to come from Cloud Lab. And you can't beat the price, right?!? So if you're looking for an amazing and professionally developed reporting app for Shopify - one that you can use out of the box and also grow with - Report Toaster is the best pick!! This app was actually suggested by a Customer Support person from Shopify. I was AMAZED at the level of customer support they gave to us. Even during the free trial period. We wanted to create a really complex report - combining information that is usually not needed. They were fantastic.

I use this app to write custom product reports. The Report Toaster team customized a report for me so I can run reports by specific products. The Report Toaster Team was very helpful and easy to work with. I like that you can create a PDF after you have run your report and that you can save your custom reports to run again.

The reporting features are sophisticated and in depth. Just what our company was needing to understand our strengths and weaknesses.

We really enjoy using this app. The customizability is all there and also intuitive to use once you read a couple of their tutorials. The scheduling feature is also very helpful in getting certain reports to those who need them without said person needing to navigate to the app. George was also very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

I haven't been using it long, but I love this app. The best part about it are the people available on the 'Chat' service. They are always available and aren't just knowledgeable and helpful in telling me how to do things, but they have set up two custom reports for me totally free and within seconds while i'm still on 'chat'.
