Report Toaster: Custom Reports

A must-have app. Lifesaver due to limitations of Shopify native reporting. Support is also top-notch.

Only used the app for a few days - but very impressed. It does exactly what it says on the tin! Support very responsive and most helpful. Live support on US east coast time. I'd highly recommend the app.

I am a huge fan of this app and the customer service they provide. I would not be able to reconcile my reports without Report Toaster - the Shopify reports just aren't detailed enough. I looked at other apps, but it was the reviews for Report Toaster that made me try it, and the reviews were spot on. Whatever I needed, Sam created a custom report to help me - instantly! If something needed a bit more time to create, he would email it to me as soon as it was ready. Hats off to this app!

The best reporting app that we've come across in the Shopify app store, and we've tried quite a few! Lots of useful pre-existing report templates, and really easy to create and save your own bespoke "My Reports". Sam has been incredibly helpful and generous with his time when we've had queries. I can highly recommend this app.

This afternoon, I had a niche question on configuring a report. I used the chat function and was connected with George Bailey-Kirby who provided absolutely outstanding, white-glove support. Answered my questions, configured the report on my behalf, and saved it to my account within a few minutes. Way above and beyond what I could have possibly imagined.

Regarding the platform overall: I wish we had found this app sooner - it's an incredibly robust reporting platform that solves so many problems we have had to find ways creative ways to work around. Feels pretty weird to be so pumped about a reporting platform, but here we are! -DJH

Report Toaster is a must-have for our Shopify store. The support staff is excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. If the app isn't doing exactly what you want they are more than willing to talk with you and resolve your issue in a very timely manner. Their reports are incredibly useful and easy to navigate, providing valuable insights quickly. Highly recommend for any Shopify store owner!

Build your own reports. Lots of intuitive report templates to get started. The paid plan is worth every penny to get the calculated fields. George and the support team have offered us excellent support to get our core business reports in order.
