Report Toaster: Custom Reports

I used this app to help run some reports for our small school bookstore. The team was so helpful in helping us sync some data for our customers even after we had made some changes. Highly recommend!

The fact that this app is free is amazing. It provides a lot of really helpful reports regarding just about anything you can think of. Its great to have a tool that lets me gain a deeper insight into the way my business is working.

I needed to generate a couple of reports and wanted to be sure I had it right. I connected via Chat and not only did George offer me advise, he took the time to check my store and make sure I understood the data being pulled, and where we might need to do a better job to get the most from Report Toaster. I would highly recommend this app. Coming from a person who tried ALL of the other apps on Shopify – this is the only app that actually solved my problem. I was trying to pull together a recognized revenue by fulfillment date and unrecognized revenue report and was ripping my hair out trying to figure out the shopify reporting as well as all the other apps out there. Sam & George provided a “high-touch” solution for me by creating the exact report I needed after fully understanding my needs. This is the only app out there that allows for true customization of reports. I would highly suggest you give them a try… if you can’t figure out your report then contact them at customer support. I hit a brick wall with Shopify's order export CSV, since there's no way to find removed items from edited orders in the CSV file.

Report Toaster is a great app, simple, straightforward, powerful and very well priced. Kick the tires for free if you're on the Shopify Basic plan. You won't be able to export reports but you'll have full access to them. Upgrade for a very reasonable monthly fee.

I contacted the developer because I needed a profit with shipping cost report that I was not able to generate through shopify. I was immediately contacted by Sam at Report Toaster who offered to assist with my custom report, adding my actual shipping cost as opposed to my billed shipping costs. He offered solutions going forward as well with regard to integrating the shipping info from the app that I use for shipping (not shopify shipping). Sam has been very responsive and professional and I recommend this app very highly!

I've had really messy accounting ever since I transtioned to Shopify. The reports from Shopify have been pretty useless to me as they fail to understand the concept of a 'Daily Store Wide Z'. I've tried a few different report apps, but these guys here actually genuinely reach out and help. I feel much more comfortable with my daily accounting thanks to Report Toaster.

Being a none profit, we really couldn't spend a lot for added plug-in. Not only has it helped out greatly, but their customer service has been exceptional!

Report Toaster is fantastic, and customer support is A+ as well. My initial use for the app was to enable store-wide price changes and to confirm or adjust shipping and tax settings. Report Toaster facilitated each of those functions and also is allowing extensive back-of-the-store analysis of myriad data points. Yay, Report Toaster!
