I switched from CedCommerce because I got tired of the constant stock sync errors and this app was a quick easy, switch without needing any help.
Only reason I’ve gave it 4 instead of 5 is because when it imports orders it doesn’t import the customers address which makes it more work when creating shipments from Shopify.

Installed the app and connected to the Amazon without any issues, it seems the app is still in early stages and some issues needs to be resolved, seller is very responsive and fast in support, although they have fixed my issues, I decided to stop using the app due to the complexity of my amazon account, I may get back to it when final version is released.

They don't have permission to import customer details from Amazon, so there is no use for the app. Support is responding quickly, but the app is not ready yet.
