EDIT: James got in touch and rectified the issue. It's working fine now. Great customer service
Disappointing experience overall. It was working fine at first. I was okay with some shortcomings, like the reviews not auto-updating, as this app was cheap. Then it stopped working altogether. A week ago, all the widgets started incorrectly reflecting 0 product reviews.I got in touch with support a week ago, but they have not responded with anything proper. I now have a live website with traffic, with no product reviews. I'll have to uninstall this and find a proper alternative. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.
I’ve been using the Amazon Reviews by Reputon app for a while and it’s been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. The setup was incredibly easy—just a few clicks and I was able to import reviews. Installing the app and setting up Amazon Reviews was easy. Suddenly the app stopped working and had to reach out to support. James from Reputon was quick to offer help, identified we had an issue with the apps section on our store and fixed the issue by adding custom liquid to our store. Thank you!
