Etsy Reviews App ‑ Bewertungen

I am so happy I found Reputon because Etsy is great at requesting reviews from customers (I am not). You need reviews to build trust with your customers. I love how Reputon is able to display the reviews for the same products from a different platform.
One time I had to ask them for help with something and they very quickly took care of it. So great customer service as well.

So far so good! Easy to install and looks good. I wish that you could get individual item reviews for items with only 1 or 2 reviews on Etsy.. but I understand that is because Etsy doesn't section them off until they get to 4 reviews (At least I think that is why). So not the apps fault! Also, I really like how you can customize the color and design of the reviews.

Seems to be working fine so far. Only complaint is I have 800 listings so loading them individually was time consuming and there was no way to pick a page number of the 80+ pages of listings, so I had to click through each time I began between the few days it took to do this task (totaling maybe 5 hours of work). Is there really no quicker way?

Installed this app, not working. not even loading my shopify store pages. shows error in opening my store itself. I think my all hard work is gone.

Only wish is I'd like to have control over the of the reviews on my page. I'd also like to add a title to the section. I know its obvious that its reviews but I'd like to the able to blend it into my theme.

Specific product feedback is clunky, have to add each URL individually.
But other than that, this is a GREAT app and really helps my Shopify store.

I love this app. It is easy to use and really helps me add credibility to my new website based on my strong performance on ETSY. I requested help from the Reputon team on an issue and they jumped on it with excellent followup. They even helped me address an issue that was outside their area of responsibility. They have been great and, based on my experience, I recommend this app.

I've been using the app for quite a while, but found that there is no way to customize the view or markup where I need it. The video shows how to do it, but I don't have this function. So unfortunately I have to uninstall it.

Update: Thank you very much for the quick support, everything works now.

Love the app but after about 2 months, whet in to do edits to my website and the reviews would not show up. Not sure if it was user error, but I removed the app and just added it back. Hopefully there are no problems now.
