I am so happy I found Reputon because Etsy is great at requesting reviews from customers (I am not). You need reviews to build trust with your customers. I love how Reputon is able to display the reviews for the same products from a different platform.
One time I had to ask them for help with something and they very quickly took care of it. So great customer service as well.

We apologize for any negative experience you may have had. Please note that you uninstalled the app after 5 days of paid use during your fifth billing cycle, which is why you received an invoice from Shopify. We issued a refund as soon as you reached out to us.
The app is a great asset to my website. Simple to use and if I have any questions, the support staff will quickly respond. I'm a very happy customer.
flows great with my site and gives that validation customers are looking for when buying form a new brand.
So far so good! Easy to install and looks good. I wish that you could get individual item reviews for items with only 1 or 2 reviews on Etsy.. but I understand that is because Etsy doesn't section them off until they get to 4 reviews (At least I think that is why). So not the apps fault! Also, I really like how you can customize the color and design of the reviews.
