Reputon review app has been working really well for me. I like that it allows you to direct customers to review you on Trustpilot, etc. It also nice that you can set it up so it sends customers a second email if they haven't given you a review yet. The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.
