Very intuitive and easy to use! just enabled so very soon to give more feedback. Oh one more thing, the page where you get the option on where to give the feedback should also be in spanish, I did not find the way to change it. Other than that it looks awesome!

I use this course to help generate and retain new and old customers, it takes money to make money and the results of this service is worth the price.

Easy to setup and automatically sends emails asking for reviews and if the review is bad it sends them to you or good it sends them to review sites. Such a great idea to avoid bad reviews and be able to directly interface with customers to alleviate the problem and turn a potentially bad review into a good one.

I only installed today but excited to see this working and get more customer reviews coming in soon.

only 1 thing if " feedback/review can be display layout can be more curated and clean. rest everything brilliant

Really enjoyed using the app, the setup was great and somewhat automated which was really helpful. It streamlined the major follow up process for me, and helped collect some additional reviews. However, unfortunately Yelp platform still keeps hiding, I wish the app could actually establish some relationship to prove authenticity of these reviews.
