This app has helped to streamline the customer review process for my online business. Now I do not have to manually email customers to leave a review. I like how the rating system will either redirect the customer that gave a high rating or not redirect to the review platforms if the customer gave a low rating. It was easy to setup, the Reputon team are very responsive should you run into any issues. This is a great tool!

Just started using it but it seems to be legit. I am looking forward to getting some help capturing customer feedback

Update since giving this review, the guys at Reputon added a feature to my account and resent some invitations to recent clients. I did a couple reviews after the invitations were resent. I will be closely monitoring the app.
I used this app to help us know how we're doing with our client orders. However in the 2 years that we've had the app, we cannot see a single review, although the email links have been clicked by our clients. We will look for a new app today.

This app is great for collectin google reviews which increases your SEO. It automatically sends out emils to customers to review the service they received.
