We have recently installed this app. We like that it has so far been very straightforward and intuitive to use and it does not appear to have affected our site load time adversely

I use TrustPilot to automate email reviews and I used to push people to Google and Facebook for reviews - but this App covers all platforms for you and for free. Amazing.

fantastic app. I have just done a test email and wonderful. Automatically sends an email to your customer whenever you're ready. You can set a timer to do this. Very pleased.

I am going to update my original 1 star review. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received several emails. Initially, the emails were frustrating, and I seriously considered removing the app. Then I received an email from Natalie. She went above and beyond to listen to my issues, understand my frustration, but most importantly, FIX MY PROBLEM!! She helped me to set up the app to get my desired results. Now is the app perfect? No. However I am happy with how it is performing for my business. In this instance, Customer Support was the game changer. Natalie turned a bad experience into a good one, just by being attentive, understanding the issue and coming up with concrete solutions.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our app.
The app is designed to send follow-up asking for reviews. You can add links to third-party sites like Google, Facebook, Etsy, etc. You can collect custom reviews as well by adding a link to the special form (by default this link is added). But to display these reviews, you need to install Testimonials Slider App with free plan. Or you can use any other app to display reviews.

Just got that app, so far seems to be good. It would be good if we could customize emails to match the branding.

It sends request for reviews at the wrong time. I have app set to send once it saids the order has been delivered. This is causing some customers to assume my business in unprofessional.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Once you install the app, you can add past orders. You can upload orders that you've got for the last 60 days. By default, the email trigger - 14 days after the Order is fulfilled. If your uploaded orders were fulfilled more than 14 days ago, the emails will be sent in 1-2 hours, unless you change the Email trigger (days or/and condition "After")

As we understand, your uploaded orders were older than 14 days after fulfilled. And you didn't change the Email trigger section. That's why emails were sent a few hours after uploading.
