Easy to setup and will be useful for sure! Would be good if it integrated with apps such as Stamped.io and Aftership so we can choose to send before product reviews.

I love the app. It's easy to configure, sends out an automatic email to the customers for the reviews. We have been getting a lot of great reviews. It would have been great if there was a way to disable review emails for instore purchases or change the text.

We are using this app for barely a month but so far we are very happy . The only thing that is missing is a break down of the customers to who the email was sent . Otherwise the app id very straightforward and user friendly .

trés bon programme je recommande vivement a tous les gens qui veulent avoir des avis sur leur site internet
il permet de cibler et de corriger directement avec les clients insatisfait, afin de pouvoir de nouveau avoir des avis positif une fois le litige réglé

Thanks for the heads up! I understand what the app Reputon is now. We always appreciate good reviews and learning about not so good ones, esp when the customer doesn't even let us know! This is a case of the customer not interpreting the return policy correctly.

Thank you for the feedback. Reputon is not affiliated with any review site like Trustpilot, Google, Yelp, etc. It just helps sellers to encourage their customers to leave positive feedback on those sites on autopilot and to avoid public negative feedback.
