Update-after 2 years of using this app it still amazes me the seamless syncs from customer emails to Google. It is awesome! We have used others on the past but this app gets the most reviews back from the customer It lets you know any negative ones so you can follow up with the customer to resolve issues. We are now receiving more and more reviews. We highly recommend installing the app. Customer service and notifications are excellent. The app goes over and beyond what I expected.

We have already started getting reviews. I love that we don't need to do anything, just wait for the app to send the email and see what we get. It's also great that they notify you if it's less than 5 star.
