Still using the free version and we have seen a jump in daily page views - about 30% more page views in 6 weeks. We are going to likely upgrade as the orders seem to also be jumping 30%. Was this app the reason why? Too early to tell, but we have had 7 (5) Star reviews and (1) 4 Star review. Google is likely rewarding us with better organic placement. Worth a shot if you are on the fence.

Pros: Excellent opporunnity to discover unhappy customers and assist them. Also their negative reviews go to inbox vs. posted online.
Cons: I don't see anywhere stats on how many positive reviews were posted based on the email sent by reputon. Also, option to send a second follow up email would be great.

After some service from Shopify support I got this app working well and am able to communicate with customers who are dissatisfied. and thank customers who are satisfied.
