je commence dans le e-commerce et dans ce qui est l'établissement d'une boutique en ligne. Etant un application gratuite et ludique je trouve qu'en tant que débutant je pourrais recommander cette application a un autre qui débute.

I am going to update my original 1 star review. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received several emails. Initially, the emails were frustrating, and I seriously considered removing the app. Then I received an email from Natalie. She went above and beyond to listen to my issues, understand my frustration, but most importantly, FIX MY PROBLEM!! She helped me to set up the app to get my desired results. Now is the app perfect? No. However I am happy with how it is performing for my business. In this instance, Customer Support was the game changer. Natalie turned a bad experience into a good one, just by being attentive, understanding the issue and coming up with concrete solutions.

Easy to set-up and to use. Free plan helps starting e-commerce sites big time! My reviews went up significantly because 1,2 and 3 stars will end up on a different page.

I have only just installed this App. Set up was very easy and straightforward. Once I start getting the outputs and using the App I would be able to say more. It's worth a try.

Because they have Free plan and theyre good in reviews realy nice app and you can also choose between google etsy and Meta

I just set up the app, and hoping it will do what we want it to do by providing great testimonials for new customers to see.

Still checking, will update after few days. So far so good. One thing, I'm missing, select our previous customers doesn't fall under filtering and send review email manually.

Honnêtement, je n'ai rien fait. J'ai l'impression que tous les paramètres ont déjà été préétablis. Pour un débutant, c'est moins stressant en tout ça!

I only installed today but excited to see this working and get more customer reviews coming in soon.
