Very intuitive and easy to use! just enabled so very soon to give more feedback. Oh one more thing, the page where you get the option on where to give the feedback should also be in spanish, I did not find the way to change it. Other than that it looks awesome!

Actually, you can change the language in the Settings > Advanced > Feedback form language

Easy to setup and automatically sends emails asking for reviews and if the review is bad it sends them to you or good it sends them to review sites. Such a great idea to avoid bad reviews and be able to directly interface with customers to alleviate the problem and turn a potentially bad review into a good one.

I'm glad I got this app for my store to help me boost some reviews on Facebook especially. I had a few questions for customer service, and I must say the person I dealt with was really trying his best to help, much appreciated! Try this app out, this one seems pretty promising and I've looked into quite a few.

So far the app works great. It flagged a 3-star review and allowed me to answer privately which helped us win over the customer through a more thorough explanation. I recommend this app.

Great app for getting reviews and very easy to use! I would suggest getting the standard plan at least so you can regulate how many times your customers get their emails. It would also be nice if you could manually send or block these emails for some customers as well. Overall a great app and I highly recommend!
I notice a big jump in visitors when i use this app. Now to get them to buy.Sigh... ;) Hopefully soon
