The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.

Its a bit on a cheat as you need to pay for their other app to actually publish any reviews on google. I will be making a complaint with Shopify as it looks like they purposefully miss-lead you and trick you into buying this

I received an email saying More reviews for your store but they don't show you how many reviews you have got or what reviews your customers have left for you. I've been trying to get in touch with the Reputon team for more than a month now and they have been ignoring my emails. We are on one of the most expensive plans and it's unfortunate that we can't get help with anything. No way to see or manage reviews in their apps. We just see opens and clicks but no reviews... Disappointed in this app and their non-existent support.
