Still experimenting the app but still now very good and possibilities ... lets see if have value in the Brazilian Market.
Nice app. I hope it will be better if the app can be installed easily and needs some improvements with the interface too.

I am going to update my original 1 star review. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received several emails. Initially, the emails were frustrating, and I seriously considered removing the app. Then I received an email from Natalie. She went above and beyond to listen to my issues, understand my frustration, but most importantly, FIX MY PROBLEM!! She helped me to set up the app to get my desired results. Now is the app perfect? No. However I am happy with how it is performing for my business. In this instance, Customer Support was the game changer. Natalie turned a bad experience into a good one, just by being attentive, understanding the issue and coming up with concrete solutions.

The app is designed to send follow-up asking for reviews. You can add links to third-party sites like Google, Facebook, Etsy, etc. You can collect custom reviews as well by adding a link to the special form (by default this link is added). But to display these reviews, you need to install Testimonials Slider App with free plan. Or you can use any other app to display reviews.
Just got that app, so far seems to be good. It would be good if we could customize emails to match the branding.
I’m still trying this app no rate yet,but I’ll give a rate whenever I will be satisfied in this apps

Just downloaded the app so I can't really give any feedback just yet. I believe it'd be better to get back to customers for an accurate feedback a few days later rather than straight away when the app is installed.
Still checking, will update after few days. So far so good. One thing, I'm missing, select our previous customers doesn't fall under filtering and send review email manually.
