Reputon Customer Reviews App

Easy setup, works well with 6 new google reviews within hours of setup.
My only complaint would be that it sent out reviews to 300 of my previous customers who would have already received review requests from my other review app so my have been confusing or feel like i was spamming them. Apart from that, im pretty happy so far.

We signed up for the free plan. Our website is a year old and had no Google reviews. After a week we have 35 reviews at 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google. 1 negative review was caught and didn't go to Google. So far this app is doing great for us. Set up was pretty easy, took maybe 10-15 minutes at max. Thank you.

The app is very useful and easy to navigate. It is great to be able to receive feedback from customers on an automatic basis allowing us to see what we are doing well on and where we can improve for the future.

Easy set up, excited to see how this works for my business. I set up 4 review locations, and ran a test email to myself. App automatically retroactively picked up 2 previous orders, and sent them feedback emails.

The app works just fine. It helps to get your customers to rate your business as well as think about your services and products while you manage your store.
