Finding the right review app can be a daunting task. This was a simple and seamless download. Super easy and for that, I can not give enough praise. I also just downloaded the Etsy app by Rebuton. I'm glad I got this app for my store to help me boost some reviews on Facebook especially. I had a few questions for customer service, and I must say the person I dealt with was really trying his best to help, much appreciated! Try this app out, this one seems pretty promising and I've looked into quite a few.

Great app for getting reviews and very easy to use! I would suggest getting the standard plan at least so you can regulate how many times your customers get their emails. It would also be nice if you could manually send or block these emails for some customers as well. Overall a great app and I highly recommend!
I notice a big jump in visitors when i use this app. Now to get them to buy.Sigh... ;) Hopefully soon
Very helpful, quick to give us response to issues too. Originally went with 3 star but after sorting our issue upgraded rating.
Thanks for the review. We have just reviewed your account and it looks like your customer hit 2-3 stars in the follow-up email by accident instead of 4-5 stars and left excellent review in our own form where negative feedback is usually coming.
You should not change anything in your settings, this is very rare occasion.
