Reputon Reviews App Avaliações

Reputon review app has been working really well for me. I like that it allows you to direct customers to review you on Trustpilot, etc. It also nice that you can set it up so it sends customers a second email if they haven't given you a review yet. Also, I recently appreciated that Reputon avoided posting an unwarranted negative review that a customer gave. The customer wanted to blame me for the slow delivery from their post office. Thankfully Reputon avoided this review which could have had a negative impact on my shop which is still in the early stages of growth.

Excellent app, does what it is supposed to do, very reliable and useful

Highly recommended, allows you to build a good reputation while fixing issues as they arise. worth the money.

Great - had trouble trying to integrate trust pilot, but used this and got it linked to trust pilot so solved the problem!
