So far so good. super easy to setup and I love the workflow potential of routing negative reviews to us before giving them our public facing review sites.
happy with it, works great. very easy to use. i would definitely recommend it. It does what it says.
This app helped me reach out to customers and get quality real reviews on my products and services. Thanks!
Not exactly what I was looking for but so far the app has been working well for the store so I will continue to use it.

It's a good, useful app, so try it out first and see if it's difficult to set up or not. If you don't need to go in, editing the code will be great.

seem to work during the 1st 24h batch ( about 8 review for 40 email) ... then, no review for all other email ( 70+ ). Not sure that it work for real... this ratio is impossible.
