Installed a couple of days ago, 14 emails sent so far have 37% click through rate, but not showing any review on facebook or google yet, waiting to see what comes up. This app helped me to get a lot of great feedback for my business well done guys. Game changing app right here. A must have for any shopify website who is serious about their reputation.

Its easy to navigate and use. The interface isnt too complex, so even beginners with little understanding of website building can use it

A very nice app which does a great job, great to have the opportunity to respond to our customers on less good feedback without no fuss. We give our thumbs up for this. Only thing was a few misspelling for translation. They promised to take care of this soon.
