Our app pricing is based solely on the features, usage limits, and value it provides to merchants, regardless of their Shopify plan. We’re sorry to hear that our pricing structure has caused frustration or disappointment. That said, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our app and believe it offers fair value at the listed prices.

The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.

Following your inquiry, we investigated and confirmed that there are no issues with the "Order Tag Added" feature. We also provided you with a screencast for verification.
To help resolve this, we offered a solution via AfterShip integration, as your carrier is not supported by Shopify.
Additionally, we've reached out via email to address your concerns and are truly committed to assisting you in any way we can.
Its a bit on a cheat as you need to pay for their other app to actually publish any reviews on google. I will be making a complaint with Shopify as it looks like they purposefully miss-lead you and trick you into buying this

Please note that our app is primarily designed to collect reviews, although we’ve recently added widgets for displaying them as well. You can add widgets to display your reviews for free in the 'Display Reviews' tab.
However, if you’re looking for more flexibility in displaying your reviews with different widget layouts and greater control over the widget’s appearance, we recommend using our other apps that are specifically designed for review display.
We’ve also sent you an email to address your concerns and make things right.

I've been trying to get in touch with the Reputon team for more than a month now and they have been ignoring my emails. We are on one of the most expensive plans and it's unfortunate that we can't get help with anything. No way to see or manage reviews in their apps. We just see opens and clicks but no reviews... Disappointed in this app and their non-existent support.
Yesterday, you installed our app, and within this short timeframe, you've already received four 5-star reviews on Trustpilot and three 5-star reviews on Sitejabber. We promptly addressed all your inquiries via email and explicitly communicated that clicks are the final metric we track, given our current technical limitations in monitoring reviews on third-party platforms. Please note that we are always ready to answer any questions you may have.
The app description says there are Yelp reviews, but I didn't find that feature, so it doesn't work for me.

Please, note, that you can add a link to your Yelp business account and send follow-up emails to get reviews.
