I asked them if I could install a video on the home page before i installed. They said yes, but it turns out barely. The video only installs bottom of the page. I asked them to help me place the video higher. I waited several days. Then I asked them why it was not done hadn't, and they told me they were working on it. I waited more days. Then i got fed up and threatened a bad review. they made some excuses including that my theme is "rare" (my theme is Dawn 2.0 owned by shopify). I told them I knew that it should take an hour to fix and they admitted they have staff once a week. Then finally they moved the video and they placed it in the wrong position, not at all where i had asked for it to be placed. I uninstalled the app.
