A little clunky on initialization with limited controls. However, the support team has been wonderful in helping get settings and features needed for our stores.

Used this for my store. Very bad experience. The system didn't show my logo or branding on emails to customers. Slow reply time via Whatsapp and when allowing their team access to my store to fix the issue, I heard nothing back for 4 weeks. Furthermore, after configuring the emails correctly and setting everything up, I didn't receive notifications when a customer had requested a quote and nearly missed a large customer. Not a good experience.

Great app for managing quotes and custom product requests. I needed to add some translations in the app and a few CSS changes to match my store — Priyanka from support responded quickly and helped me get it sorted. Still waiting on the final update, but overall the support was professional and I feel confident using this app. Recommended!

The SB Request Quote app is excellent for B2B services and has worked perfectly for our needs. I recently encountered a translation issue, but the customer service team — especially Priyanka — was incredibly helpful. They had great support team and quick response at the beginning but after a while, the customized app malfunctioned. Contacted them several time and in different way, never heard anything back.

I recently started using this app, and have found it great! Although we are currently using the free version, we will need to upgrade soon. Best of all, the support team is incredibly responsive and has been quick to resolve any issues. This has made my overall experience even better. Highly recommend!

The app is straight forward and easy to grasp. Support was excellent in making a couple of adjustments for us. The one area we are still working on (and is more related to an issue with us than the app) is getting notifications through a group gmail account.

Other than that, app is great.

We've been using the Request for Quote app and are extremely impressed. It's fast, easy to use, and much more efficient compared to other apps we tried. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable solution for handling custom or bulk order inquiries! It makes obtaining quotes and conversions to draft orders really slick.

Update: we are noticing a endless processing symbol on many of our pages now since using the app. My software programmer determined that it is from this app. Per their advice, I had scheduled 2 Google meets using their Calendly app and they no showed to both.
