They had great support team and quick response at the beginning but after a while, the customized app malfunctioned. Contacted them several time and in different way, never heard anything back.

The app only sort of workes. It does not always hid pricing. If you have the price listed, it will say "Call for pricing" but if the customer uses the back button the original price will show up. Also the price request portion is not working. You cannot always send the requests and they are not being received.
Although it works well on some products in terms of hiding the price, when you click on the product itself and shopify shows 'more things you might like' at the bottom, this shows the other products prices even though they should be hidden.
On other products we would set as 'hide price', but price still visible.
It's no good for our shop.
