The overlay works well and looks great, but we have been running into some issues with receiving email notifications. Fortunately the team is very professional and willing to help us get it straightened out.

A little clunky on initialization with limited controls. However, the support team has been wonderful in helping get settings and features needed for our stores.

Get the extra help to install this app properly. It works well. Customer services are keen to help, sometimes a bit too keen, but I can cope with that when the app works. Thanks

Very good app, does what it promises. The developer is very nice and helpful during installation. I wish it had more customisation options for buttons. The select products to hide prices page can be improved. Right now it lets you search for products, wish it let you hide prices for entire collection in one click. Still a very good app.

Die Installation war nicht so einfach, aber der Support hat mir schnell geholfen. Sehr gut und empfehlenswert bisher. Was kann nicht alles konfigurieren, aber es sieht trotzdem gut aus.

That app works well. I wish there were more customization available, but I see there are frequent updates, so it'll just take some time. I do not like that there are no free trials (Reason for 4 stars) Other competitor apps do offer free trials; especially when deciding which to use, it's a lot easier to have a free trial to see if the app will work with your website, without having to pay for it and request a refund if you do not like it.
(At least when I first downloaded this app a few months ago, there was no option for free trials.)

The customer service office is based in Asia. Because of this, reaching out to support during normal business hours in the United States will be nighttime where they are, and vice versa, not a complaint, but something to keep in mind.

Support inquired about me leaving a review, and I told them I will; following that, I received 6+ emails requesting me to leave a quote and asking if I had received their emails. I understand that positive reviews help in sales, but 6 emails asking if I am receiving their other emails is a little extreme. I appreciate emails, but not that many.

If you are on the fence about downloading this app, I would recommend it. I would enjoy more customizations here and there, such as some items being "Call for quote" while others are "Add to Quote (Email)". Also, for the RFQ Visibility, there are only two options: All Products and Manual Product. Having a third option of "Select All Except..." would be helpful for stores with large inventories where a majority are RFQ with some being just "Add to Cart".
