We’ve been piloting the O:Request a Quote ‑ Hide Price app on our Shopify site, and it has been working exactly as expected, hiding prices and making the setup process simple and straightforward. After struggling for weeks and to no avail, to find a way to customize the Privilege theme in order to simply manage to hide the price of a product that is no longer available but still needs to be shown in the store I finally found The App you need for that: O:Request a Quote from Quote Snap. Easy to install with a great help desk that answers pretty much 24/7 and solves your issues while you're asleep. Really impressed by that team. Highly recommended for a very reasonable monthly price!

We have the 'add to quote' button on the products, which allows the customer to generate a quote straight away, and often helps close deals faster. Great app

O:Request a Quote is so easy to use and it merged to our shopping cart easily. We had only one issue which was more than likely on our behalf but Ben and his team quickly fixed it on the same day. Thank you for your great service

Within the first week of install, I incurred issues with the app. The most notable and disastrous issue of all was in January 2025. This app was identified by the Shopify Dev team as being the primary reason my website has been ruined. Pictures on the homepage were deleted, now product collections are suddenly gone. Alan N. the developer here was not helpful and unresponsive when I stated what was going on. He didn't bother to respond to my email. Customer support can't fix a developers mistakes.
